As the restorative dentist at Life Oral Health, he works closely with Dr. Deborah K. Ruprecht to provide comprehensive care that blends precision, comfort, and long-term results.
A graduate of the University of Southern California Dental School, Dr. Evans began his career in the U.S. Army Dental Corps before opening his own private practice in Long Beach, where he cared for multiple generations of patients over four decades. He now focuses on restorative treatments for patients receiving periodontal and implant care at Life Oral Health, ensuring their final results are both functional and natural-looking.

Dr. Evans is dedicated to staying current with the latest dental technology and techniques. He has completed more than 6,000 hours of continuing education and is an active member of leading professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Known for his warm chairside manner, Dr. Evans takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, explain their options, and create a comfortable experience from start to finish. His goal is simple: to restore teeth in a way that supports long-term oral health and a confident smile.
